Refund & Return Policy

1. Return Eligibility
We accept returns within 14 days of the confirmed delivery date. To be eligible, items must be unworn, unwashed, and in their original condition with all tags still attached. Items that show signs of wear, washing, or alteration will not be accepted.
2. Non-Returnable Items
The following items are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged:
- Socks and intimate apparel (for hygiene reasons)
- Gift cards
- Items marked "Final Sale" or "Final Call" at the time of purchase
- Items that have been worn, washed, or damaged after delivery
3. How to Request a Refund
To initiate a return, contact us at support@nevagoingbackshop.com with your order number and reason for return. Our team will respond within 1–2 business days with return instructions. Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of approval or rejection. Approved refunds are processed to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.
4. Return Shipping
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs. We strongly recommend using a trackable shipping service. Nevagoingback is not responsible for items lost in transit on the way back to us. Original shipping costs are non-refundable.
5. Exchanges
We replace items only if they arrive defective or damaged. If you need an exchange for a manufacturing defect, email us at support@nevagoingbackshop.com with a photo of the issue and your order number within 7 days of delivery.
6. Damaged or Incorrect Items
If your order arrives damaged or you received the wrong item, please contact us immediately at support@nevagoingbackshop.com. We will cover the cost of return shipping and send you a replacement or issue a full refund at no additional charge.
